Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate takes effect immediately with prorated billing. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I hit my submission limit?
When you reach your monthly submission limit, new submissions will be paused until the next billing cycle. You will receive email notifications as you approach the limit so you can upgrade if needed.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both Plus and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will only be charged after the trial period ends if you choose to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are securely processed and PCI-compliant.
What does white-label mean?
White-label allows you to remove NinjaDoc branding from your published experiences. Your audience will see your brand only, with no mention of NinjaDoc on published content.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the Free plan.
